Eight years ago, NeNe Leakes made her major debut on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” on Bravo. Since then, she has become a household name. NeNe has had epic battles with fellow RHOA cast members, Kandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks, Kim Zoliack, and others.
NeNe Leakes also worked closely with Donald Trump, the current nominee for President for the Republican Party. A few years ago, Leakes participated in “Celebrity Apprentice,” before briefly leaving Bravo. In the middle of last season, NeNe Leakes returned, however.
Earlier this week, on Twitter, NeNe Leakes told a fan she would not be returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for season nine. Later, she visited Steve Harvey on “The Steve Harvey Show,” where she explained this. She said filming began without her and she is in discussions to come back to the show.
