VH1 underwent a lot of changes, as the “Love & Hip Hop” franchise eclipsed the “Basketball Wives” franchise. An unsurprising move came when “Basketball Wives” was cancelled. Unprecedented, the spinoff show, “Basketball Wives LA,” is still on the air.
Key figures from the original show have joined LA to make it stronger and many others are simply gone. Evelyn Lozada, perhaps the most-iconic figure of the series, is among those gone. Now, Malaysia Pargo has made herself the resident bad girl.
“Basketball Wives LA” is back for yet another week of the new season and there is tons of drama. The audience is getting ready for it, even as there is no Evelyn on the show, anymore. Twitter was eagerly anticipating tonight’s show, which is almost halfway over.
