When thinking of powerful ladies in entertainment, Jennifer Lopez comes to mind. Starting her career as a dancer on “In Living Color,” now Lopez owns her own TV network. With growth like that within two decades, it’s fitting she play a power role.
Another powerful woman in world history is Griselda Blanco, who made her name in the drug game. While her career expanded outside the bounds of the law, she inspired many for owning a man’s game. In that regard, she and J. Lo are similar and it is fitting she play the role.
Jennifer Lopez’ production company has partnered with HBO in order to deliver a Griselda Blanco biopic exclusively on the channel. Lopez and her team are already working hard to soon have the film out. As of yet, there is no premiere date or title.
