Thus far, the year of 2016 has been taxing with the number of people who have passed away. In the sports world, several athletes, both on a local and national level have died. Sadly, Tyrek Coger is now added to this list.
A young man, Tyrek Coger is a native of Raleigh and made a name for himself playing basketball at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington. Since then, Tyrek Coger transferred to Oklahoma State University. Unfortunately, this is where he met his worldly demise.
Tyrek Coger was working out, this morning, when he collapsed, according to what many have said on Twitter. The story is still developing, as to what happened to Coger. But, friends and fans, alike, have taken to Twitter to express their sympathies for the promising Mr. Tyrek Coger.
