Last week saw Troy Ave take over headlines, when he turned T.I.’s concert at Irving Plaza into a shooting. Exactly what happens remains fuzzy, but Troy Ave got shot. Before getting details, fans who refer to him as Troy “Average” wished death on him.
Manolo Rose, a rival of Troy Ave’s re-tweeted some of the mean comments made about Troy. Many took this the wrong way and accused him of wishing ill on Troy Ave. He took to Hot 97 in order to clear his name, speaking with Ebro, Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez.
Outside of this, Troy Ave has been in the hospital since the shooting. He now has been released from the hospital. The first image of Troy Ave free from the hospital, but in a wheelchair, has leaked to the internet, and the rapper is now under arrest.
