Media-wise, Birdman has not had much success over the past few weeks. His interview with “The Breakfast Club” left many laughing at how he went off on Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy. It was a situation so funny that Birdman had to laugh, too.
Birdman immediately turned his rant into business ventures. He made some “respek” t-shirts and did a song by the same name. The future is looking bright for Birdman, especially to those who checked out the interviews he did do.
There is new business for Birdman, who admittedly signed too many artists to Cash Money, at one point. In his Hot 97 interview, Birdman said he would now only sign artists he’s interested in. This led to AR-AB and Compton Menace being signed to the label.
