Sometimes, the internet can be a pain in the butt and this is especially true for celebrities. Despite the immense musical talent of the Jackson family, they have a bit of a tragic history. Much of the blame for this falls upon Joe Jackson, their heavy-handed father.
Once the Jacksons reached the top of the music world, Joe Jackson explained that he was so tough because he had to be. Had he not raised his children that way, they would have never achieved greatness. As a result, the family would have never left poverty.
Earlier this week, news broke of Joe Jackson being rushed to the hospital. Seeing how he is 87 years old, it definitely looked as if he had a serious condition, which he did, but was expected to make a full recovery. This afternoon, news broke of the Jackson patriarch dying, but those rumors are false and Joseph took to Twitter to let it be known that he’s 100% alive.
