The past few years have seen Fat Joe make changes that most thought were impossible, at one point. In 2008, Fat Joe ended his longstanding “cold war” beef with Jay Z. Then, in 2012, Fat Joe and 50 Cent ended their feud, which had come to blows, at one point.
Fat Joe is one of the most loyal figures in the industry and he went against Jay Z out of loyalty to Nas. Similarly, Fat Joe took on 50 Cent, because he stood by Ja Rule. But, Fat Joe was left out in the proverbial cold when Nas made amends with Jay Z, in 2005.
At the time, Fat Joe called Nas out for making peace with Jay Z and it made people look at him twice. Years later, Fat Joe stopped by ThisIs50.com to explain that situation. He said him not receiving a warning from Nas left him at odds with Jay Z, someone he never actually had a problem with, but he said they are all now on good terms and he wishes them well.
