Over the years, major sporting events have become much more than just sports events. It has become just as much about entertainment as it is about sports. Many still talk about the Super Bowl in 2004, when the infamous Janet Jackson incident took place.
In 2013, Jay Z used the high-rated game six of the NBA Finals to launch his album. Now, people tune into sporting events, such as Super Bowl and the NBA Finals for the entertainment. Tonight is no different, as non NFL fans have tuned into CBS for the Super Bowl.
Before the world got to see Cam Newton and the Panthers take on the legendary Peyton Manning and the Broncos, Lady Gaga opened the show. Known for her eccentric style, many people didn’t know what to expect from Lady Gaga. However, she did well with her performance and she is getting props on Twitter right now.
