Over twenty years ago, Master P took over his life and set forth to make his dreams into a reality. This is when he reached out to heavy figures in the music business to put his music out. Soon, the TRU movement was born and No Limit Records was introduced.
Years later, Master P and his brothers enjoyed their run and then moved on. In their place came many other figures, 2 Chainz among those. His movement is also called TRU and this happens to be the name of his label, partnered with Def Jam.
Because of the TRU name, C-Murder released a diss track that is taking aim at 2 Chainz. Some expected some form of retaliation, but 2 Chainz isn’t having that. He put the song on his Instagram and co-signed the record, saying that it goes hard.
