Every time Rick Ross does anything, he is sure to turn it into a major moment. A prime example of this is the MMG press conference he held that announced the Omarion signing, a few years ago. But, for all the work he’s put in, Rick Ross has yet to go platinum.
When Rick Ross announced Black Market, there were some who felt it was finally his time. Indeed, Rick Ross scored another anthem in the form of “Sorry,” with Chris Brown. On “Color Money,” Rick Ross got people talking, since he apparently took shots at Drake.
Rick Ross is definitely one of rap’s most popular figures, but the record sales appear to still not be there for him. Due to the success he’s experienced and the money he’s made, the Miami rapper said record sales do not faze him. But, Black Market is projected to sell 60,000 copies in its first week.
