Given the year he’s had, everyone is crowning Drake this year’s king of hip hop. Rightfully so, as Drake enjoyed an amazing year, but Future also put in work. Most would argue that Future’s work with Drake put him over the top.
Regardless of what “some” or “most” would say, Future has had an amazing year. Easily, he comes in second to Drake with the effort he put forth in 2015. Currently, Future is owning airwaves with his guest appearance on “Blase” from Ty Dolla $ign.
The success of this single paired with both artists’ success has Future back on the road. Still promoting DS2, Future is launching The Purple Reign Tour and it kicks off on February 17 of 2016. Ty Dolla $ign is the special guest star on the tour, for which Future revealed the dates.
