Fans are getting that old thing back in 2015, probably the first year in over a decade to feature new albums from Prince and Janet Jackson. It is happening and it is history making. This is especially true where Prince is concerned.
As opposed to going the traditional route with his album, Prince joined forces with Jay Z and TIDAL. Later, however, Prince would offer his album, HitnRun, the traditional way. But, Prince continues to stand by his friends at TIDAL.
Regardless of who he co-signs, Prince has made history again. Earlier this month, HitnRun debuted in the top ten on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop albums chart. This is the twenty-fifth time Prince has accomplished this feat.
