So far, the year of 2015 has been bittersweet for Freeway, who began the year with some tough news. Just a month into the year, Freeway dealt with news of The Jacka losing his life. The two were partners in rhyme with several projects under their belt.
Freeway talked to Hip Hop Vibe about his new album, Free Will, which is still in the works. Some of the more sweet moments of the year came when Jay Z brought out Freeway and the rest of State Property during his TIDAL concert. People talked about that for weeks.
Making moves comes at a cost when people neglect their health. In the past, such figures as Nick Cannon have gone through it. Yesterday afternoon, Freeway was revealed to be undergoing dialysis treatment after suffering kidney failure, finding out once rushed to the hospital and now his upcoming concert has been cancelled.
