On Kingdom Come, Jay Z contemplated Los Angeles on the radio ready record, “Hollywood,” featuring Beyonce. Despite the perfect setup, this is one record Jay Z never pursued as a single. Given how he handles things, Hollywood looked like a place Jay Z would never move to.
Two years ago, however, Jay Z and Beyonce made the move, taking their daughter, Blue Ivy, with them. The couple has lived in a lavish mansion in Los Angeles. While Jay Z often preaches ownership, he and his wife, Beyonce, rent this place.
While they are dishing out $150,000 a month, they are still being forced to move out of the house. Jay Z and Beyonce are only renters and a buyer has come forward with $35 million to purchase the mansion. With that, Jay Z, Beyonce, and Blue will have to find another home.
