A Queens legend, Consequence has made quite an impression on the game over the past twenty years, plus. His run has seen all kinds of ups-and-downs. These situations include a beef with Kanye West and also a season on “Love & Hip Hop.”
Considered one of the more lyrical rappers out, Consequence has influenced more than some realize. However, Consequence only focuses on the improvement of his own craft. This included adding Blu Gem to his label roster.
Consequence sat down with Hot 97, speaking with Ebro, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez. Early in the interview, Consequence settled his past issues with Peter Rosenberg, ending it in peace. They went on to discuss the Drake/Meek Mill beef, the Nicki Minaj “influence” on that beef, and his new music.
