In 2011, French Montana had an amazing year when he saw everyone bumping his mixtape tracks. A bidding war soon began over French, with the likes of Diddy, Jay Z, and Kanye West battling for him. Ultimately, he decided to join Bad Boy Records.
French Montana released his debut album a little over a year later and is the face of Bad Boy Records. The label is going through a new period, but relations are better than ever. Many former artists who once had issues with the label are back on good terms with them.
Yesterday, French Montana shared some photos of himself on Instagram for the BET Awards festivities. Among these photos was a picture of French Montana with Diddy, Mase, Lil’ Kim, and Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch, collectively known as The L.O.X. Speculation is that they will be doing a reunion performance for Bad Boy Records during the 2015 BET Awards.
