Last year, Bobby Shmurda emerged as the breakout artist. Behind his single, “Hot Boy,” Bobby Shmurda became a star. The single emerged as a hit and Bobby Shmurda was signed to Epic Records, but he soon found himself in prison behind some looming charges.
Signed to Epic Records by Sha Money XL, Hip Hop Vibe talked to him about signing Bobby Shmurda. Soon afterwards, Bobby Shmurda ended up getting into legal situations. A year later, Bobby Shmurda is still in prison, waiting on word.
This afternoon, word came and Bobby Shmurda is awaiting trial on October 5. Currently, Bobby Shmurda is awaiting trial and he is offering a plea deal. He was offered an eight year plea deal by law enforcement.
