Throughout his career, Chris Paul has faced one major hurdle in the San Antonio Spurs. Early in his career, when he played with the New Orleans Hornets (now Pelicans), Paul lost a close game seven against San Antonio. His first season with the Clippers ended with a sweep against the Spurs.
Chris Paul faced plenty of criticism with the Los Angeles Clippers, as they have never advanced past the second round. But, Chris Paul has kept the team in contention since he joined the team. Tonight was the potential end of the Clippers’ season, as they faced the Spurs in game seven.
With the game on the line, Chris Paul stepped up time and time again. In tonight’s game, Chris Paul stepped up in a big way, time and time again. At the end of the game, when everyone counted them out, Chris Paul hit the MAJOR shot that became the game winner.
