In 2006, Young Dro rose to fame behind the “Shoulder Lean” single, featuring T.I. Initially signed to Grand Hustle Records, Young Dro had another run in 2013. This is when he dropped “FDB,” a record squarely aimed at his baby mama.
Hip Hop Vibe talked to Young Dro back in 2013 and he talked about his baby mama drama and the “FDB” single. Since then, Young Dro has done a couple of mixtapes. But, he has fallen out of the spotlight, for the most part.
This weekend, Young Dro dealt with a tough situation when he got arrested. While the arrest, itself, wasn’t too bad, when law enforcement found outstanding warrants, the situation became much worse. Young Dro was arrested and held, as of Monday, after being brought up on theft charges by conversion of leased and rented personal property.
