Not everyone feels the same about 50 Cent, but the man knows how to entertain. During the summer of 2014, 50 Cent had everyone talking about his show, “Power.” This is also when promo for “Empire” began and immediately, 50 Cent called it a ripoff.
50 Cent repeated trolled “Empire” and the main stars, Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson. After watching the show, however, 50 Cent came to realize the show was actually nothing like his. Still, he has done things to play up some type of beef between the two shows.
“Empire” ended their first season last week and 50 Cent has begun gearing up for “Power.” With the show set to return this spring, 50 Cent is going all out with the promotion of the series. This includes putting an ad in Times Square, which he promoted on his Instagram.
