Easily, FOX has the biggest hit TV show of the season with “Empire” and the show had a short first season. Led by the Hustle & Flow duo of Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, the show has an all-star cast. The younger cast members have stepped up, also.
Holding their own against the veterans, Jussie Smollett and Bryshere Gray have been two major breakout stars. Not only are they powerhouse actors, they are talented artists. They have had the chance to show off both this season on “Empire.”
Tonight, “Empire” invaded “American Idol” when Jussie Smollett and Bryshere Gray performed tonight. The fans definitely love “Empire” to no end and they didn’t mind tuning into “American Idol” to get an extra fix. Twitter also had a lot of people tuning in and they showed their love to the young men who held “Empire” down on stage for “American Idol.”
