Before this, Nicki Minaj was involved in the Cash Money Records drama, due to being signed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money. Prior to Lil Wayne airing out Birdman, Tyga called the label out. This led to him being at odds with Drake and Nicki Minaj.
Recently, Nicki Minaj talked to Charlie Sloth at BBC Radio and she touched on her current situation. Due to being on Young Money, she’s caught in the Cash Money Records drama, but it is Tyga that Nicki Minaj is most upset with. In the interview, Nicki Minaj discussed Tyga, “Truffle Butter,” and their dispute over the song.
