This morning, NBA fans woke up to disappointing news. During the 1990s, Anthony Mason played for the New York Knicks and they were consistently among the league’s best teams. Before his retirement, Anthony Mason played for several other teams.
A couple of weeks ago, Anthony Mason made headlines when he was hospitalized. The former NBA star was in the hospital after suffering from a heart attack. It turns out, Anthony Mason would continue to struggle with heart problems.
The disappointing news this morning, as most should know by now, was news of Anthony Mason dying. These heart problems were some he was unable to overcome. A well-respected NBA star and father to a rising star is dead at the age of 48 years old.
