Until recently, Yandy and Mendeecees looked to be the only couple of stability on “Love & Hip Hop.” This season, however, has seen the introduction of Samantha, the mother of Mendeecees’ oldest child. Now, his assistant, Remy, has also been introduced.
Yandy is clearly put off by Mendeecees’ assistant and she had a strong reaction to her last week. Nothing changed going into tonight’s episode, as things got worse between Yandy and Mendeecees. After holding him down for a year while he was in prison, Yandy expects more.
Meanwhile, Mendeecees is trying to build his business interests and his assistant is helping him, but irking Yandy all the while. Longtime “Love & Hip Hop” fans are reminded of an early rivalry on the show, when Jim Jones’ girlfriend, Chrissy Lampkin, was jealous of his assistant… Yandy. With the shoe finally being on the other foot, Yandy isn’t getting much love on Twitter.
