Arguably the most-controversial figure in urban media is Charlamagne Tha God, best-known for “The Breakfast Club.” His story is inspiring, as he started as a local radio DJ in his native South Carolina. After taking the risk and going to New York City, Charlamagne Tha God struggled.
But, since 2009, Charlamagne Tha God has made the most of his wins and is a force in the industry. One of Charlamagne Tha God’s first wins was the press he got from getting into a beef with Drake. Years later, Charlamagne still finds the situation funny, as Drake has avoided “The Breakfast Club.”
This weekend, Drake dropped a surprise mixtape/album and he dissed his Young Money label-mate, Tyga, on the project. Being dissed, Tyga came back at Drake, hard, on Twitter, but he is currently pushing his own album with Chris Brown. With Tyga being on “The Breakfast Club” tomorrow, Charlamagne Tha God welcomed him and ranted on artists who are afraid to come on the show.
