The initial roster of Bad Boy Records included Faith Evans, her future husband, The Notorious B.I.G., and Craig Mack. Soon, B.I.G. became the focal point of Faith and the label. His profitability led to Bad Boy Records working with B.I.G.’s artists, mainly Lil’ Kim.
Not only was Lil’ Kim the main artist The Notorious B.I.G. had, she was also his mistress. This presented a problem, as Faith Evans was B.I.G.’s wife and this put a strain on their marriage. From the gate, Faith Evans beefed with Lil’ Kim and it continued well after B.I.G.’s death.
Faith Evans, however, has gone through a lot over the years. She has dealt with new loves, new marriages, and new heartbreak. All of this has made for a wise woman and Faith Evans has put the past in the past, attending a show with Lil’ Kim, cheering her on while she performed, and telling Instagram the beef is over.
