Last year, New York hip hop fans got a long-awaited wish when G-Unit reunited. Their reunion wasn’t exactly how the group was during their peak years. The core of 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo reunited, along with Young Buck, but Kidd Kidd was the latest addition.

G-Unit was one of 2014’s most-consistent hip hop artists of the year, along with 50 Cent. Last year, 50 Cent released his first album in five years, which will be followed up with a new album this year. Now, G-Unit is preparing their new EP.

Recently, G-Unit released the artwork for their upcoming EP. Originally, the project was due in November as The Beast Is G-Unit, but the title has changed. Now, The Beast Is Still Alive is the name of the project and the official artwork for the EP is out.
