Over the weekend, Hip Hop Vibe reported on a rumor of Eminem working on a new album. The rumored title is Roots and it was said that the album would boast an Xzibit and Dr. Dre feature, along with a Grammy announcement. This news, obviously excited hip hop fans.
But, MLive.com contacted Eminem’s camp and they said he is not working on an album, at this moment. However, they did say Eminem is in the studio, recording music. But, the Shady leader is almost always in the studio, because he loves recording music.
So, while Eminem delivered albums in 2013 and 2014, he does not have anything yet in the works for 2015, if at all. This also means no Grammy announcement, but fans do have plenty other Eminem music to hold themselves over with. There are releases from other Shady Records artists, such as Yelawolf, to pay attention to in 2015.
