Last year, Rich Homie Quan went from being a buzzing mixtape rapper to the man with the summer anthem. The single, “Type of Way,” took over the streets and became a major hit during the summer of 2013. Coming into 2014, Rich Homie Quan was in limbo, but rose to the occasion.
Rich Homie Quan continued to deliver hits, such as “Walk Thru” with Problem, and found his way to Cash Money Records. Teaming up with Young Thug, another Atlanta rapper, he is under the mentorship of Birdman. It’s looking like these two will be the ones to replace the upset Lil Wayne at Cash Money Records.
Sway recently hosted Rich Homie Quan over at Shade 45 for “Sway In The Morning.” They sat down for an exclusive interview, where Rich Homie Quan addressed the gay rumors that surround him and Young Thug. Rich Homie Quan also addressed his father’s health and his arrangement with Cash Money Records.
