Jermaine Dupri loses home to foreclosure, mansion to be auctioned off later this month

The music mogul rose to prominence in the early 1990s, establishing the Atlanta hip hop scene. But, he has been on an overall downtrend since 2008, when he was fired from his role at Def Jam.

Recent years have seen Jermaine Dupri struggling to keep his mansion. Several times, there have been rumors of Jermaine Dupri’s mansion being foreclosed and an auction being set to take place. Each time, Jermaine Dupri managed to find a way to keep his home, most recently paying off his debts in monthly installments.

After making payments for close to a year, Jermaine Dupri suddenly stopped and this is when his home was seized. Now, Jermaine Dupri has lost his home and the auction is now officially set to take place. The auction will take place later this month, as Jermaine Dupri will have to find another place to stay.
