Lil Snupe was a rising star taken too soon, because if he were alive, no doubt, he would be contributing to the success the Louisiana hip hop scene is currently having. But, he is not here, so the world is left with his upcoming posthumous album, R.N.I.C. 2, to remember him by. His new single, “Meant 2 Be,” dropped yesterday and features Lil’ Boosie.
