Dating back twenty five years, DJ Z Trip has played a major role in the game and has delivered music on various platforms. Not only has he DJ-ed, he has also produced for all the biggest names in the game. In 2010, DJ Z Trip played a big part in the DJ Hero video game, only a small part of all he does.
Recently, DJ Z Trip paired with LL Cool J, DJ-ing for him on his Legends tour. but he took a pause for the cause and hit NYC. He was in town for the 2014 Global Spin Awards, alongside many other hip hop legends. The show began with Z Trip doing the opening set of the ceremony.

He is DJ-ing the Christmas show at Barclays Center, which is headlined by Run-DMC and LL Cool J.
