Lil Chuckee talks leaving YMCMB, lawsuit rumors, Lil Wayne vs. Tyga, new music, and more with “Sway In The Morning” [VIDEO]

Lil Chuckee SwayWhen Lil Wayne announced Young Money, back in 2008, Lil Chuckee was one of the artists on the roster. Barely ten years old, at the time, Lil Chuckee put the “young” in the new label, Young Money. But, after five years on the label, Lil Chuckee grew frustrated and soon left the label.

It’s been a year and a half since Lil Chuckee left Young Money and there are rumors of him having a lawsuit against the label. If this is indeed the case, it lives up to Cash Money history, as almost every artist to leave the label files a lawsuit. Most agree that YMCMB is not the most-ideal label to sign with, while others desperately want to be there.

Lil Chuckee released his mixtape, OverDue, this week and he paid a visit to Sway for “Sway in The Morning” at Shade 45. Sitting down for an interview, Lil Chuckee talked about his decision to leave Young Money. He went on to talk about the rumors of him filing a lawsuit against Young Money, the situation with Lil Wayne and Tyga, and the mixtape.
