A couple of years ago, there was an argument about Rick Ross’ status as the top rapper in the game. During this period, Rick Ross was promoting God Forgives, I Don’t and it was during the summer of 2011. Before this, Rick Ross discussed his status in the game and he made it clear he planned to take over the game.

Going into 2012, Rick Ross continued his dominance, actually releasing God Forgives, I Don’t. The album was filled with hit records, but Rick Ross saw his popularity decrease following the release of God Forgives, I Don’t. However, he is buzzing again with the release of Mastermind and with Hood Billionaire on the way.

Rick Ross got Hood Billionaire started with the release of “Elvis Presley Blvd,” which features Project Pat. He kept it Memphis with the official remix and the “If They Knew” single with K. Michelle. But, Rick Ross teamed up with Jay-Z for another one, called “Moving Bass,” which is the new single coming tonight and the cover is out now.
