HHV Exclusive: Thaitanium talks Snoop Dogg collaboration, Golden Era, and more

Thaitanium HHVEarlier this year, Thaitanium enjoyed a major hit with “Wake Up (Bangkok City),” featuring Snoop Dogg. Recently, Snoop Dogg was in Atlanta to host the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards. Meanwhile, Thaitanium was in New York City as a part of their successful world tour.

Thaitanium has been a force in the industry over the past fourteen years. Each year, the group has continued to make bigger strides. They have made a big impact and made memorable showings at the MTV Asia Awards and all of their work has paid off, with them becoming a very entertaining act.

Recently, Thaitanium met up with Hip Hop Vibe at Cafetasia in New York City. Allowing us a brief opportunity to talk, Thaitanium talked about the boom bap era, in addition to speaking on their Snoop Dogg collaboration. They credit Jay-Z, Tupac, Biggie, Nas, Black Moon, M.O.P., and Wu-Tang Clan as some of their influences.
