Uncle Murda, Maino, and GS9 talk NYC drill sound, Brooklyn, and more with Hot 97 [VIDEO]

Brooklyn Hot 97Brooklyn has always had a strong impact on the rap game. The borough delivered to the game such legends as The Notorious B.I.G. and Jay-Z. Recent years have seen Brooklyn produce such names as Maino, Uncle Murda, and most recently, Bobby Shmurda. A lot has changed within the Brooklyn hip hop scene.

Uncle Murda, Maino, Bobby Shmurda, and his GS9 camp all were together doing work with Rockstar Games for the latest Grand Theft Auto. This led all of them over to Hot 97, where they linked up with DJ Cipha Sounds. They ended up having a very fun looking session together.

Bobby Shmurda was originally intended to do the interview with DJ Cipha Sounds, along with DJ Enuff and DJ Drewski with his GS9 crew. He ended up having his interview crashed by Uncle Murda and Maino, however. Together, they talked about the GS9 movement, New York City drill sound, Brooklyn, and more.
