One of the newest voices in R&B is K. Michelle and she is credited for bringing soul back to the culture. She took the game over with Rebellious Soul, which was one of the strongest debut albums in a long time. Before she released her album, K. Michelle was on television via VH1.
K. Michelle was the mouth and the booty on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” for two seasons on the show. Even though she is no longer a part of the cast, K. Michelle made an appearance this past season. Continuing her work with VH1, K. Michelle is airing her special, “Rebellious Soul: The Musical” on VH1 tonight.
But, K. Michelle stopped by Power 105.1 this afternoon and she talked to Angie Martinez. They talked about “Rebellious Soul: The Musical” and the beef K. Michelle has with her former friend, Elle Varner. K. Michelle also spoke on her past as a stripper.
