A legend here in New Jersey is Tsu Surf and he is one of the most laid-back people in the industry. His career has reached new heights over the past couple of years, especially since battle rapping has had more mainstream success. Battle rapping caught a big break when Eminem put “Total Slaughter” together.
Thus far, “Total Slaughter” has been the biggest hip hop event of the summer and they even had Sway hosting it. Unfortunately, Tsu Surf did not get the chance to battle, but he was there to support his good friend, Joe Budden. Just as he promised, Tsu Surf was right there with him.
Yesterday, Tsu Surf posted a photo on Instagram of him with Joell Ortiz and Joe Budden at “Total Slaughter.” As most hip hop fans already know, Joell Ortiz is one of the Slaughterhouse members, alongside Joe Budden. Tsu Surf was there with him to show his support to his fellow Jersey rap star.
