From 2006 through 2010, Ne-Yo established himself as arguably the biggest male singer in R&B. Since then, Ne-Yo embraced more of the pop element and focused on his business ventures. A few years ago, Ne-Yo ended his ties with Def Jam in order to take on an executive role with Motown Records.
Now, Ne-Yo is making his full return to the R&B scene and he has gotten off to a strong start. Last night, Ne-Yo released his “Money Can’t Buy” single with Jeezy, which premiered this morning on Power 105.1. Ne-Yo made sure he was in town to see the single be released.
Ne-Yo talked to “The Breakfast Club” at Power 105.1 and was on Revolt TV this morning. Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy chopped it up with Ne-Yo about his “Money Can’t Buy” single with Jeezy. They also spoke on the new album, and much more.
