Easily the wackiest group in hip hop is Odd Future, the collective from Los Angeles, who has been doing their thing for five years now. The crew is headed by Tyler, The Creator, who goes in on everything and everyone, depending on his mood. His appearance on BET’s “106 & Park,” yesterday, caused another situation.
Despite how wacky Odd Future may seem, they are intelligent businessmen and they are in business with Cartoon Network. Their “Loiter Squad” series appears on their late night, Adult Swim, programming block. The show is coming back for another season and they were talking about it.
Odd Future visited Bow Wow and Keshia Chante at “106 & Park,” where they discussed the new show. They were also asked about a few of the main discussion topics in hip hop, when Iggy Azalea came up. Tyler, The Creator’s comments led to this Twitter exchange from early this morning.
