Las Vegas emcee, Dizzy Wright delivered his State of Mind EP this morning. Last fall, Dizzy Wright came to North Carolina and did an interview with Hip Hop Vibe. Now, he is back with State of Mind, which features seven new tracks and is available for free stream and for purchase on iTunes.
