Now known as the former program director for Hot 97, Ebro has traded the radio business for reality television. Alongside the other on-air Hot 97 talent, Ebro is the star of VH1’s new reality show, “This Is Hot 97.” People have been given an inside look at Ebro and his personality, firsthand.
Ebro is outspoken when it comes to the hip hop culture and has made for one of the most-popular hip hop commentators. This is why he feels he is better suited for primetime than the board room. But, Ebro is also beyond willing to take it to the streets, if necessary.
Recently, Ebro went off in a series of tweets with fans on Twitter about his take on current hip hop. A big topic is 50 Cent’s comeback attempt with his new label deal with Caroline/Capitol distribution. When a fan tweeted Ebro, he mentioned that 50 Cent is scared of him and would not come to Hot 97 and that he has said all of this to his face before.
