Late in 2012, Trinidad James made the official jump from a mixtape rapper to one of the biggest stars in the game. His “All Gold Everything” single became one of the biggest songs from late 2012 into early 2013. Once Trinidad James signed with Def Jam, he did a remix featuring T.I., Young Jeezy, and 2 Chainz.
Trinidad James made it clear from the moment that he jumped into the game that he was a sneakerhead. During some of his earlier interviews, Trinidad James spoke on his love for shoes, as opposed to hypebeasts. On the “All Gold Everything” single, he speaks out against this.
Those who follow Trinidad James on Instagram know about his love for shoes, he posts them all the time. Recently, Trinidad James posted a wall full of Nikes on his Instagram page and he invited Chief Keef to come check it out. The song, “Nike Head,” from C.Khid, comes to mind when looking at the rack of shoes Trinidad James has.
