Fabolous First TakeBy DJ Louie Styles
Hip Hop Vibe Staff Writer

Countless people have flooded Twitter today, disappointed with Macklemore winning the Grammy for Best Rap Album. Most of these people consider themselves hardcore hip hop fans and feel Kendrick Lamar should’ve won. These people have company, as Macklemore feels the same way.

But, the people in the industry feel differently and rightfully so. Instead, Macklemore has a lot of support from the industry insiders and they feel he won the award outright. A major industry insider is Fabolous, who has remained out of the spotlight for the past few years.

Fabolous paid a visit to ESPN for “First Take” and talked to Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless. They, of course, talked sports and Fabolous gave his take on the teams currently competing. But, Fabolous is a music guy and he was also asked about the music industry, seeing how the 56th Annual Grammy Awards went down last night and he also defended Macklemore.
