For the past couple of years, Kid Ink has been doing his thing and he has been getting shine over the past few months. Last fall, Kid Ink released his “Show Me” single featuring Chris Brown. Now, Kid Ink has released his My Own Lane album, his major label debut.
Kid Ink dominated the Los Angeles hip hop scene over the past few years. Like many West Coast artists, Kid Ink did well on the independent scene. His independent success led to RCA Records coming through and offering a lucrative deal.
Recently, Kid Ink stopped by Power 105.1 to speak to “The Breakfast Club.” He talked to Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy about his “Show Me” single and relationships. Kid Ink talked about how his album has a wide list of features on it and how it all came together for him putting it together.
