People love and hate Complex for their lists and this is something the artists tune into whether they love it or hate it. But, it was definitely a first when Complex’s staff found themselves threatened over a recent list. The man behind it was Wale, who felt he did not receive his proper credit.
Proper credit was given to Wale over at Diddy’s Revolt TV when he produced a documentary about him. The documentary aired last night and it showed Wale’s background. Now, Wale is back in the headlines and it’s not over a confrontation for once.
Wale paid a visit to Power 105.1 this morning where he talked to “The Breakfast Club” unit of Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy. In a little over a month, they too will have their own place over on Revolt TV. But, in this interview, Wale spoke about the Complex rant, his documentary with Revolt, and much more.
