Ice Cube talks NWA biopic, fourth “Friday,” “No Vaseline,” and more with “The Breakfast Club” [VIDEO]

Ice Cube Breakfast ClubArguably no artist in hip hop history has moved the way Ice Cube has during his career span. Going back to the late 1980s, Ice Cube was someone the world feared. His unforgiving, hardcore, lyrics sparked this fear. Before the 1990s ended, Ice Cube became an accepted part of pop culture.

This shift came when Ice Cube developed and starred in Friday, alongside comedian Chris Tucker. After doing the role of Doughboy in Boyz N The Hood, Ice Cube wanted to show off the fun side of the hood. What happened was one of the most-revered cult film franchises ever.

Ever since 2007, Ice Cube has discussed a fourth Friday in which Chris Tucker returns and Mike Epps also stars in. Ice Cube talked to Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy at Power 105.1 on “The Breakfast Club” about this earlier today. He also talked about the “No Vaseline” diss track from back in the day and much more.
