VH1 star, Ahmad “Real” Givens, has almost beaten stage four cancer

Real VH1At the height of VH1’s “Celebreality” era, they should remember Flavor Flav’s takeover, which led to many additional shows. Once Flavor Flav broke New York’s heart twice, she was given her own show. After New York broke the hearts of brothers, Chance and Real, they joined “I Love Money.”

While on “I Love Money,” Real fell hard for Hoopz from the original “Flavor of Love” and later the girlfriend of Shaquille O’Neal. In the end, Chance and Real were given their own show, “Real Chance of Love.” The show was another ratings success and it gave a spotlight to the brothers’ group, Stallionaires.

In the five years since the show, many people wondered what ever became of the brothers. It was shocking to find Real close to his deathbed after suffering from stage four rectal cancer. Things were looking bleak for the star, but a Christmas miracle was revealed yesterday about his operation on Wednesday, where the cancer cells and the tumors were all removed.

There was one portion of a tumor that was stuck deep in his liver and the doctors are confident radiation will remove this tumor and officially leave Real cancer free.
