It’s hard to say who is the hottest out of this Chicago hip hop movement, but Vic Mensa is definitely close to the top. This year, Vic Mensa made a lot of progress, but he’s been doing his thing for years. He recently released his previously unreleased track from 2010, “Children of the Sun.”
